Financial advisory services have traditionally not been available to all businesses because of the complexity and significant costs associated with such services. These barriers have led to advisory services only being accessible to large companies and corporations.
Evimeria Consulting was founded in 2020 in order to provide bespoke financial solutions, at affordable rates to all types of businesses operating across any industry. We hope to help you reach your potential by walking your business journey with you to achieve your transactional, financial or business goals. In addition to this, our founder aims to simplify corporate finance-related concepts for everyone by providing useful information through our blog, Evimeria Insights.

Director and Principal Consultant
Our founder, Hitesh Dullabh is highly qualified and has over a decade of corporate experience in assisting businesses to realise their potential in a constantly changing business landscape. He has a strong work ethic and passion to help businesses prosper. His experience includes transactional debt and equity transactions, financial modelling, due diligence, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and mentoring and leading high-performance teams. Hitesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant of South Africa and is in the process of completing his Masters in Commerce (Corporate Finance and Valuations) at the University of Cape Town. Hitesh has completed his audit articles with KPMG in South Africa and New York and has exposure to a wide range of industries. He has also worked at FirstRand Limited and the Edge Growth Group.
